Complete Communication Coaching Package – some 5 years ago Ken was commissioned to coach 1 Customer Service Representative at headsets.com, over the telephone, to develop improved people and communication skills. Ken has now become an integral part of the company; telephone coaching an average of 4 San Francisco based CSRs each week, executive presentation skill coaching, assisting with training and recruitment and traveling to San Francisco 3 times each year to work face-to-face with the company running team building and communication workshops, as well personally “live listening” with each of the company’s CSRs.
