About Ken
LetsTalkCommunication.com is the brainchild of internationally renowned Communication Coach – Ken Welsh. Communication has always been at the forefront of Ken’s work, be it his time as a tour guide in Australia’s outback Opal Mining town of Lightning Ridge during his teen years, running government planning committees as Sydney’s Chief Strategic Transportation Planner in the 1980s and 90s, convening working parties for the planning of the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, producing television programs such as One Man’s Home and DRIVE TV or acting and directing stage plays and corporate team building exercises for his other company Murder by Design.
Initially Ken began to coach as a favor to executive friends who wanted to improve their presentation and people skills. From here the natural progression was the establishment of
LetsTalkCommunication.com, Ken’s international Communication Coaching company. With a focus on Executive Coaching, Coaching to achieve Customer Service Excellence and the Development of Corporate Communication Cultures, Ken’s work now sees him helping clients on 4 continents.
To cope with the distances Ken has developed a unique combination of face-to-face coaching supported by regular telephone and e-mail coaching sessions.
Ken’s coaching and team building (through Murder by Design) clients have included ANZ, BMW, Coca Cola, Headsets.com, IBM, IDS, NAB, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Orchard Homes, Red Wealth Creation, Super Liquor New Zealand and Westpac.
